It's always a little scary trying something new, so our Orientation class gives you a taste of yoga without any commitment. Designed for new students, this class will ease you gracefully to your mat and leave you feeling confident to start exploring a yoga practice.
This 90-minute class includes:
- A general introduction to the benefits of yoga
- A gentle practice to learn some of the basic postures
- Personal guidance from your teacher
- Time for group question and answers
- Yoga Advisor consultation
