Free Intro to Yoga

Last Sunday of every month, 4:00-5:15

It's always a little scary trying something new, so our Orientation class gives you a taste of yoga without any commitment. Designed for new students, this class will ease you gracefully to your mat and leave you feeling confident to start exploring a yoga practice.

This 90-minute class includes:

  • A general introduction to the benefits of yoga
  • A gentle practice to learn some of the basic postures
  • Personal guidance from your teacher
  • Time for group question and answers
  • Yoga Advisor consultation
